 NORTHWEST SUMNER

AT 835 PM A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AT NORWICH KANSAS IN SOUTHEAST
KINGMAN COUNTY..MOVING EAST. THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE POLICE
DISPATCHER IN KINGMAN FROM THE TOWN OF NORWICH.
