SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...KINGMAN

AT 515 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS IN SOUTHWEST KINGMAN COUNTY NEAR
WILLOWDALE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FREQUENT..DANGEROUS LIGHTNING..
LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY
FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS.

THIS STORM MAY PRODUCE DOWNBURST WINDS THAT CAN CAUSEE DAMAGE
NEARLY AS SEVERE AS THAT CAUSED BY TORNADOES.  IT IS WISE
TO TAKE SHELTER FROM THIS STORM JUST AS YOU WOULD FROM A TORNADO.
