THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY OF

SOUTH CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...JACKSON


AT 506 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES SOUTH OF THE
CITY OF JACKSON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. PEOPLE
IN SOUTHERN JACKSON COUNTY CAN EXPECT STRONG WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
MPH AS WELL AS LARGE HAIL.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM..GET TO A REENFORCED BUILDING.
HEAVY RAIN...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THEY CAN SPAWN TORUNADOES WITH
LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
