CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...GRATIOT AND CLINTON


HEAVY RAIN...AS MUCH AS 4 INCHES IN NORTHEAST CLINTON COUNTY...HAS
BROUGHT FLASH FLOOD CONDITIONS ACROSS THESE COUNTIES.  HIGH WATER
WAS ACROSS US-27 IN 2 AREAS BETWEEN ST JOHNS AND THE GRATIOT COUNTY
LINE.  RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES WILL CONTINUE IN THESE COUNTIES THROUGH
1 AM EDT.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH OR FAST
