EFFECTIVE UNTIL 100 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHWEST KANSAS...CHEYENNE

AT  1152 AM CST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC 10 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ST FRANCIS AND MOVING NORTHEAST 25 MPH. TESTING.....
TESTING....TESTING......

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE
NEAR THIS DANTGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
