NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WICHITA FALLS TX
720 PM CDT THU MAY 15 1986

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING UNTIL 820 PM CDT FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY
OF NORTHCENTRAL TEXAS...KNOX.

AT 715 PM THE WICHITA FALLS RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN KNOX COUNTY NEAR
BENJAMIN. THIS SEVERE STORM HAS MOVED VERY LITTLE DURING THE
PAST HOUR BUT APPEARS TO BE BUILDING TO THE WEST. LARGE HAIL
...STRONG WINDS...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING CONTINUE TO BE A THREAT
WITH THIS STORM.

AT 715 PM THIS STORM CONTINUED TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN...HOWEVER
NO REPORTS OF FLOODING HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. RESIDENTS IN KNOX COUNTY
SHOULD REMAIN ALERT.
