EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...EASTERN CLAY

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE ADJACENT WATERS OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.

SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA ARE
VERMILLION.

AT 605 PM CDT  A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED OVER VERMILLION SOUTH
DAKOTA...30 MILES EASTSOUTHEAST OF YANKTON MOVING NORTHEAST AT
25 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT
SHELLTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR
