THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...CLAY...SOUTHERN TURNER AND YANKTON

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE ADJACENT WATERS OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.

SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN ;SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA ARE HURLEY..
MAYFIELD..YANKTON..WAKONDA AND VERMILLION.

AT 445 PM CDT  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM FROM 5 NORTH
OF YANKTON SOUTH DAKOTA TO 25 MILES NORTHNORTHEAST OF YANKTON
MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
