EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...EASTERN STEELE AND TRAILL INCLUDING THE
CITIES OF MAYVILLE AND PORTLAND.

AT 705 PM CDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED 12 MILES WEST OF
PORTLAND NORTH DAKOTA..OR 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GRAND FORKS
NORTH DAKOTA. RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF NEAR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING FROM NEAR HILLSBORO NORTH DAKOTA TO NEAR FINLEY NORTH
DAKOTA.
IF A TORNADO IS APPROACHING GET INTO A BASEMENT...IF NO BASEMENT
