THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY IN

SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...VAL VERDE.

AT 1250 AM CDT THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ARE IN DEL RIO.
THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE SOUTH SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND LOW LYING AREAS THROUGHOUT THE DEL RIO AREA
ARE FLOODING NOW.

MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN
ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE THROUGH LOW WATER CROSSING. DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE
THROUGH FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS THAT HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OFF.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
