THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 345 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY IN

SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...VAL VERDE.

HEAVY RAINS OF OVER FOUR INCHES HAS BEEN REPORTED ABOUT 30 MILES NORTH
OF PANDALE EARLIER THIS MORNING.

AT 1140 RADAR IDICATED NO RAIN IN VAL VERDE COUNTY.

JOHNSON DRAW HAS BEEN REPORTED RUNNING BANK FULL. HOWARD AND BUCKLEY
DRAW SHOULD ALSO BE RUNNING FULL. 

MOTORISTS TRAVELING IN NORTHERN VAL VERDE COUNTY AND ON HIGHWAYS 163
AND 189 AND RANCH ROAD 1024 SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED LOW AREAS
AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS. CAMPERS ALONG THE DEVILS AND PECOS RIVERS
SHOULD MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

REPORTED. TAKE ANY NEEDED PROTECTIVE ACTION NOW. REPORT ANY FLOODING
