THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 9 AM TUESDAY FOR ALL OF HUMBOLDT COUNTY..MENDOCINO
COUNTY..AND LAKE COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA.

RADAR AND SATELLITE CONTINUE TO SHOW RAIN CONTINUING OVER NORTHWEST
CALIFORNIA. RAIN HAS AND WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT. LOACAL FLOODING
HAS BEEN REPORTED ON SMALLER STREAMS AND OVER ROADWAYS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU AVOID SMALL STREAMS EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT FLOODING
AT THE TIME. ALSO DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS OR DITCHES.
