THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED A TORNADO WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 5 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EASTERN SAC

AT 435 PM..A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED NEAR SAC CITY AND WAS MOVING
TO THE NORTH AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.  SIRENS HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED FOR
FOR SAC CITY...40 MILES TO WEST SOUTHWEST OF FORT DODGE.

IF A TORNADO APPROACHES..TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  A BASEMENT..
INTERIOR HALLWAY..OR A ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR IS THE SAFEST PLACE
IN MOST BUILDINGS.  IF YOU ARE IN A MOBILE HOME OR AN AUTOMOBILE..
LEAVE AT ONCE.  TAKE COVER IN A STORM SHELTER..OR LIE IN A NEARBY
DITCH OR DEPRESSION.
