EAST CENTRAL IOWA...EASTERN POWESHIEK AND IOWA

AT 1050 PM RADAR INDICATED VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS NEAR
MONTEZUMA..ABOUT 60 MILES EAST OF DES MOINES AND NEAR VICTOR..
ABOUT 40 MILES WEST OF IOWA CITY.

THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

THE CITIES OF WILLIAMSBURG..MARENGO..AND THE AMANA COLONIES ARE
INCLUDED IN THE WARNING.

REMEMBER..A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAN PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
