THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES 
OF


SOUTHWEST KANSAS...NORTHEAST MORTON...EASTERN STANTON AND WESTERN 
 GRANT

THE TORNADO WARNING FOR STANTON COUNTY OF SOUTHWEST KANSAS HAS BEEN
EXTENDED UNTILL 400PM CDT.  ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING IS
WESTERN GRANT COUNTY.  A NEW TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC
IN EASTERN STANTON COUNTY JUST EAST OF HIGHWAY 27 SOUTH OF JOHNSON
KANSAS.  APPARENTLY MOVING EAST.

FIND SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. BASEMENT&S ARE BEST.  CENTRAL PARTS OF
HOMES AND BUILDINGS ARE ALSO FAIRLY SAFE.  LEAVE MOBILE HOMES
AND VEHICLES...EVEN A DITCH OR LOW SPOT IS SAFER.
