RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF HUGOTON
TO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF MONTEZUMA. MONTEZUMAIS 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
DODGE CITY..THESE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY.
