THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE 
UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
   
OHIO...ERIE
 AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE.

AT 425 THIS AFTERNOON, A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED IN NORTHEASTERN
SENECA COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE TRAPPED OUT DOORS AWAY FR OM SAFE SHELTER GO TO A
DITCH OR LOW AREA. GET AS LOW AS POSSIBLE AND PROTECT YOUR HEAD,
CHEST AND EXPOSED SKIN. BE CAREFUL OF FLOODING IN DRAINAGE DITCHES 
AND STORM CULVERTS.
