AT 840 PM A SKYWARN OBSERVER REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR
LEIPSIC IN PUTNAM COUNTY MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
ALSO AT 827 PM CONTINENTAL FIRE DEPT REPORTED A TORNADO 1 MILE
SOUTH OF CONTINENTAL MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
