EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...WARREN

AT 638 PM A REPORT WAS RECEIVED THAT THE CATCH BASIN FOR THE
HYDRO PALNT AT THE ALLEGHANY RESERVOIR HAS FAILED...AND THAT
A WALL OF WATER IS MOVING DOWNSTREAM ON THE ALLEGHANY RIVER.
