THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...MCKEAN.

AT 350 THIS MORNING..TWO FEET OF WATER WAS REPORTED ON ROUTE 346
IN DERRICK CITY IN MCKEAN COUNTY.  FLOODING IS ALSO OCCURRING
IN TgHE SMETHPORT AREA IN THE POTATO CREEK BASIN.

MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN DURING THE PASS FOUR HOURS HAVD CAUSED
FLOODING IN LOW LYING ARRAS AND SMALL STREAMS.
