EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF


CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...OLIVER

AT 705 PM CDT RADAR AND HAM RADIO REPORTS INDICATED A ROTATING
CLOUD OVER THE CITY OF CENTER. PERSONS IN CENTER SHOULD TAKE
SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15
MILES AN HOUR.
